Subscriptions (Refund Policy)
By registering for an account with EditBulk, You become a “Subscriber” with access to certain restricted areas of the Website/Service and to use certain Services and Tools offered on and through the Website (this is called a “Subscription”). Each Subscription and the rights and privileges provided to each Subscriber are personal and non-transferable. All payments of Subscription fees are non-refundable.
We understand that You might cancel Your account, but please know that EditBulk will not provide any refund(s) and You will be responsible for paying any balance due on the account. To make things less complicated, You agree that We may charge any unpaid fees to Your provided payment method and/or send You a bill for such unpaid fees.
Subscriptions (Single Switching Policy)
When you purchase a subscription from EditBulk, you are granted access to one (1) YouTube channel for the duration of the subscription. If you apply your license to the wrong channel you cannot transfer the subscription between the channels and must purchase another subscription. There are no exceptions.
Subscriptions (Auto-Renew Policy)
Monthyl subscriptions are set to automatically renew every month. It is the Your (the customers') responsibility to cancel their license prior to the next payment if they wish to canel their subscription. When a customer cancels their subscription(s), the customer will maintain access to the Services and Tools of our Website/Service for the remainder of the term that was paid for.
Right to Terminate
We may suspend or terminate your right to use our website and terminate these Terms of Service immediately upon written notice to you for any breach of these Terms of Service.
Severance
Any term of these Terms of Service which is wholly or partially void or unenforceable is severed to the extent that it is void or unenforceable. The validity of the remainder of these Terms of Service is not affected.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
